DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Payments in the Botanique Boutique are made using a secure server to pay for your purchases.
All pieces are handmade to order. Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours and items displayed online are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur due to the hand-made nature of the work.
Planted terrarium (London only) - £20 UK insured Special Delivery – £4.95
Europe insured delivery – £10.50
Worldwide tracked – £12.50

UK Delivery - Next working day delivery
Delivery costs £4.95 per order. UK orders received before 12 midday can usually be shipped for next working day delivery, except in cases where the item is out of stock. We will keep you informed regarding any delays. For all UK orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery of parcels (up to 20kg) by 1pm next working day. Please note for orders placed after 12pm your parcel will arrive within two working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel.
EU & Rest of World Delivery - Up to 7 working days.
Delivery to the EU costs £10.50 per order and for the Rest of World delivery costs £12.50 per order. All EU and international deliveries are tracked and signed. We aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification email with a tracking ID and a link so that you may track the arrival of your parcel. A signature is taken on delivery for items sent using International Tracked & Signed therefore we cannot deliver to an unmanned PO box. For shipping to any countries not listed below, please contact us for a quote.

Australia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Europe, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Moldova, New Zealand, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, USA, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates. If you are not on this list, please contact us to request a quote for delivery.
We hope you love your Botanique purchase. However, if you have any problems please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unused items within 20 days of dispatch. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs and the customer must pay for return postage.
If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.
